FLARE is a statewide shared collection of low use print materials from academic libraries in Florida. Administration is from the University of Florida. Content is currently held and managed out of two library facilities: The UF Interim Library Facility (ILF), and the UF Auxiliary Library Facility (ALF), both of which use a high-density “Harvard” model with a non-browsable organization of materials and support appropriate environmental and security conditions.
