A partnership of five academic libraries in Ontario, Canada : University of Toronto. Western University, McMaster University, Queen's University, and University of Ottawa. The partnership will retain low-use print materials at the University of Toronto’s Downsview facility. Each party commits to funding Capital Costs for twenty years. A model for sharing Operational costs is still being developed. All parties are responsible for item level verification and holdings data information for the items they contribute.

Selection: Partner institutions choose low-circulating items to add to the shared collection. The collection includes a single copy of a title. Any party who discards their copy to rely on the shared copy shares ownership of the archived copy.
